Me, John, and Sarah recently got our hands on Renegade Game Studios’ The Search for Planet X and let me tell you, we were blown away! As avid gamers, we were excited to try out this deduction game where players take on the role of astronomers. And let me just say, it did not disappoint. The concept of participating in a real scientific investigation while playing a game is just brilliant. Kudos to Renegade Game Studios for coming up with such an innovative idea!

My friend Mark joined us for a game night and we decided to give The Search for Planet X a try. And oh boy, were we hooked! The use of the free companion app added an extra level of excitement to the game. We were able to survey for objects and take other actions using the app results and logic rules. It really made us feel like actual astronomers trying to find Planet X. Plus, the fact that this game can be played with 1-4 players made it perfect for our small group.

Let me just start off by saying that I am not usually a fan of deduction games. But when my friend Tom suggested we try out The Search for Planet X, I couldn’t resist. And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did the game keep us engaged throughout its 60-75 minute playtime, but it also challenged us to think logically and work together as a team. Me, John, and my friends had a blast playing Renegade Games Studio’s The Search for Lost Species board game! The deduction and logic required to find these hidden animals was challenging but so much fun. We couldn’t stop laughing as we reported our sightings through the app and tried to outsmart each other. It was like a game of cat and mouse, or should I say a game of lost species and explorers? Either way, we were hooked!

Sally here, and let me tell you, I have never played a game quite like this before. The double-sided board provided two different island maps to explore which kept the gameplay fresh and exciting. Not to mention the eco-friendly production made me feel good about playing. And let’s not forget about the 6 different Lost Species to find!
